At Pure Motive, we take pride in the quality of our wellness products and the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help within certain reasonable limits.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (consumables), we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

However, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged during transit
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is unused, sealed, and in original condition

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order
  • The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Product arrived damaged or defective
  • You received an incorrect item
  • Your order was cancelled before shipment
  • Your package was lost in transit (verified via tracking)

Once your request is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Replacements

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement product at no extra cost -especially for damaged or incorrect shipments.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at info@puremotive.in.

Once the order is dispatched, we cannot cancel or modify it.

Our support team will respond within 24 to 48 hours.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products purchased on clearance or as part of a final sale
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Double-check your bank account
  • Contact your bank or credit card provider
